The rectangular site on the Istra river stretches from East to West. For the best view and sun exposure we have turned the outer walls of the rooms by 22 degrees to the inner ones. Every room has a huge floor to ceiling window facing the East, from which you can observe the river hidden from any neighbors. A suspended rectangular flowerbed is situated under each window so that the it’s grass reaches the glass.
