The ornamental side facade of the Buzaevo house overlooks an apple orchard and resembles a large glass window of an old professor's "dacha". One part of the ornament is decorative, while the other is cut through by windows. The massive side facade becomes openworked and is perceived as part of a garden pavilion or a summer house. A dual facade visible from the road is located in the depth of the area and seems smaller than it actually is.
